Let's Go Dizzy! The Story of the Oliver Twins Date: December 2016 Let's Go Dizzy! The Story of the Oliver Twins

This book tells the story of the Oliver Twins.  The brothers rose to prominence as game developers in the 1980s, when they were still teenagers.  They are a prime example of the 'bedroom coder' phenomenon prevalent at the time: children and young adults teaching themselves to code (and often creating commercial products) at home using simple everyday computers.

The Oliver Twins are best known for games featuring Dizzy, an adventurous egg, who lends his name to this book.  The book was crowdfunded via Kickstarter and written by Chris Wilkins and Roger M. Kean.  The launch party was held at the Centre for Computing History on 24 October 2015 and the book was published in 2016.
